Google Forms Data Collection and Privacy

Uploading Files in Forms

When uploading files from your Google Drive in forms provided by WildlifeoPedia, please be cautious and avoid sharing any sensitive or personal information. Before proceeding, please ensure you are comfortable with submitting your file and receiving the appropriate attribution for your contribution.

It is important to note that once you upload a file, you may not be able to undo this action. Therefore, take a moment to confirm that the file you are submitting is relevant and aligns with WildlifeoPedia's Community guidelines. If a submitted file is deemed off-topic, WildlifeoPedia™ reserves the right to delete it from its servers, and in some cases, WildlifeoPedia may report it if absolutely necessary.

To upload files, you must be signed into your Google Drive account. If you do not currently have a Google Drive account but wish to submit a file, you can easily create one here. WildlifeoPedia does not request any additional access to your Google account beyond the files you choose to upload, and we are not endorsed or affiliated by Google. When files might be sensitive (like a donation receipt), your file won't be displayed publicly unless you wish otherwise.
